All students need some accommodation or individualized support. the information that teachers gain from formative assessment helps them design instruction that meets the needs of all their students. Students also need environment that allow them to use their strengths and interests to build their knowledge and skills.
Reflect on the Assessment tools that you have created for your project and think about self-direcred learners and the role of differentiation in your classroom.
a class comprises of variety of students. they will have different skills as well as likings. some are differently able, some are gifted. i am supposed to think of each of the type of the students. secondly, everything can't be teacher dependent. it is a new (and fruitful) way that students are involved in assessment process.

In classroom there are different types of students.They will have different type of skills. Some students are poor and some students are clever, so we have to tackle them different methods. It is a new way that students are involved in a assessment process.
